Your monthly token allowance resets on your billing date. Overages are automatically charged at the end of each billing period. No surprise bills — you can monitor usage in your account dashboard.

What happens when I exceed my included tokens?
Generation continues uninterrupted. Overage tokens are tracked in real time via Stripe metered billing and appear as a line item on your next invoice. You can set spend alerts in the Stripe customer portal.
What file formats are supported?
PDF and Microsoft Word (.docx / .doc) files are supported for both the denial letter and medical chart.
How large a medical chart can I upload?
Charts of 1,000+ pages are supported. The document parser processes files in streaming chunks to avoid memory issues regardless of size.
Is my patient data safe?
PII data is removed entirely before being processed by the AI model and is never permanently stored. Token counts — not content — are the only data sent to Stripe.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your plan features until then.
